Terms of Service
Guidelines That Protect Everyone
These terms explain how our platform works, what you can expect from us, and the responsibilities that help ensure a fair and secure experience for all users.
1. Acceptance of terms
These terms form a binding agreement between you and Sayaty Enterprises (“Sayaty”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of the Sayaty platform, our websites, apps, and any service reachable from them. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using Sayaty, you confirm that you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform. If you are using Sayaty on behalf of a business or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation, and “you” means that organisation. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account. Certain services carry additional age or eligibility requirements, which are stated at the point of sign-up.
By accessing or using any part of the Sayaty platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Services description
Sayaty is a multi-service marketplace that connects consumers with independent merchants, restaurants, retailers, logistics providers, transport operators, accommodation providers, event organisers, professionals, freelancers, creators, and other service providers.
You may:
- Purchase products
- Book appointments
- Reserve accommodation
- Order food
- Hire professionals
- Buy tickets
- Request deliveries
- Arrange transportation
- Subscribe to services
- Communicate through the platform
Your purchase contract is with the provider, we act as an intermediary, and the provider's own terms apply alongside these. Services in regulated sectors are subject to additional terms and to the licences held by the relevant provider. Nothing on Sayaty constitutes financial, legal, medical, or professional advice.
Also, availability varies by country and city, and we may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform.
3. Accounts
You need an account to use most of Sayaty. When you register you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for your credentials and for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password confidential and tell us at security@sayaty.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these terms, fraud, or a legal requirement to do so. One person may hold one personal account; accounts may not be transferred or sold without our written consent. Verification may be required for certain services, including identity checks in the Finance and Dating verticals, and we may limit access until verification completes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any verification codes, authentication devices, or recovery credentials associated with your account.
Also, you agree not to create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or restrictions.
4. Payment & billing
Prices are shown in the currency of your selected market and include taxes only where stated. By submitting an order you authorise us or our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount, including taxes and any applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for successive billing cycle terms until cancelled; you may cancel at any time before the next billing date through your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase applies to your subscription. If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend service until the balance clears. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy on our Refunds Page, which currently provides a 30-day window for most purchases and lists categories that are non-refundable. Where a purchase is fulfilled by a third-party provider, that provider's cancellation terms may also apply. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
5. Intellectual property
The Sayaty platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the Sayaty name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or create derivative works from any part of it, and you may not use our trade marks without written permission.
You may not use automated systems, including artificial intelligence tools, to extract or reproduce substantial portions of platform content without our prior written permission.
Merchant and partner content remains the property of those parties. Feedback you send us is something we may use freely and without obligation.
6. User content
You may post reviews, listings, images, messages, profile information, and other material. You keep ownership of your content. By posting it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform, for as long as you keep it posted and for a reasonable period afterwards in backups. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experiences, and not submitted in exchange for compensation unless clearly disclosed.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you post and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law. We do not pre-screen content, but we may remove or restrict anything that breaches these terms, and we operate a notice-and-takedown process for rights holders at legal@sayaty.com.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use Sayaty to:
- Break any law, or infringe the rights of others
- Post content that is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or that sexualises people
- Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data, including facial images or other biometric data, or use bots without our written permission
- Interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its security systems
- Circumvent fees, manipulate reviews or rankings, or transact off-platform to avoid these terms
- Launder money, finance illegal activity, or misuse the Finance vertical
- Abuse refunds, payment disputes, or chargeback processes
- Manipulate availability, inventory, pricing, or booking systems
- Upload malware or anything designed to disrupt the platform or other users
- Use automated tools or artificial intelligence to overload, monitor, or extract data from the platform without permission
- Send unsolicited commercial messages
We may investigate suspected breaches, remove content, suspend accounts, and report unlawful activity to the authorities.
8. Marketplace relationships
Sayaty provides a technology platform that enables users and independent providers to connect and transact.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Sayaty is not the seller, restaurant, retailer, transport operator, accommodation provider, event organiser, professional, employer, insurer, lender, or manufacturer of goods or services offered through the platform.
Providers are solely responsible for their listings, pricing, licences, permits, insurance, taxes, quality of service, and legal compliance.
9. Vendor responsibilities
Providers agree to:
- Maintain accurate listings
- Honour confirmed bookings
- Maintain required licences
- Comply with local laws
- Provide accurate pricing
- Maintain appropriate insurance where required
- Fulfil orders professionally
10. Consumer responsibilities
Consumers agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Arrive on time
- Pay applicable fees
- Behave respectfully
- Comply with venue rules
- Follow provider instructions
11. Availability
We do not guarantee that any listing, service, merchant, event, transport option, accommodation, or product will always remain available.
12. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and our stated support response times are targets rather than guarantees. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, quality, safety, or legality of goods and services supplied by third-party merchants, venues, operators, or providers, nor for the accuracy of listings they publish. Interactions arranged through Sayaty, including in-person meetings arranged through Indulgence or Social Buddies, are undertaken at your own risk and you are responsible for your own safety.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government action, internet failures, pandemics, strikes, civil unrest, war, or utility failures.
Information presented on Sayaty, including ratings, reviews, recommendations, maps, estimated delivery times, pricing estimates, and availability, is provided for convenience and may not always be accurate or current.
Nothing in this section limits any warranty or right you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our affiliates, officers, employees, or agents will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if we were advised such damages were possible. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the platform in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or currency and amount.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
In jurisdictions where limitations are restricted, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Termination
You may stop using Sayaty and close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@sayaty.com. We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where practicable, if you materially breach these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful use, if required by law, or if we discontinue a service. We may also remove inactive accounts after an extended period, subject to applicable law and prior notice where required. On termination your licence to use the platform ends immediately; orders already placed will be honoured or refunded in line with the Refund Policy, and outstanding amounts remain payable. Sections covering intellectual property, user content licences already granted, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and any other clause that by its nature should survive will continue to apply after termination. We handle data after account closure as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in another country, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. We would like to resolve problems informally first, so please contact legal@sayaty.com and give us up to 30 days to respond before starting formal proceedings. Subject to the above, disputes will be resolved in the courts of jurisdiction. If you intend to require arbitration or waive class actions, that must be drafted separately and reviewed by counsel for each market; several jurisdictions will not enforce it against consumers.
16. Changes to terms
We may update this policy as our services and legal obligations evolve. When changes are material, for example a new purpose for processing or a new category of recipient, we will notify you by email or through an in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect, and where the law requires it we will ask for your consent again. Continuing to use Sayaty after changes take effect means the updated policy applies to you. Previous versions may be made available where required by law.
